  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive email and WhatsApp updates once your order is dispatched.

Shipping Time:

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days across India.

  • Estimated delivery times may vary during peak seasons or remote locations.

Shipping Charges:

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹499.

  • For orders below ₹499, standard shipping charges will apply (calculated at checkout).

Tracking Your Order:

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email/SMS so you can track your delivery in real time.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At Ganeve London, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Please read the guidelines below:

Returns

  • We accept returns only for damaged or defective products.

  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or invoice).

If these conditions are met, we will guide you through the return process.

Return Process

  1. Email our support team at support@ganevelondon.co.in with your order details and photos of the issue.

  2. Our team will review and approve the return if eligible.

  3. Once approved, we’ll share instructions on how to send the item back.

Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is confirmed defective or damaged.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Order Cancellations

  • You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it for a full refund, provided the order hasn’t been processed or shipped.
